Complaint and Refund

Before deciding to file a complaint, please make sure it’s not one of these common situations:

  • The allegedly missing part of the product is hidden in the packaging material
  • Someone else at your location has already taken part of the goods
  • Goods sold by the meter are delivered in one continuous piece, not in separate one-meter sections
  • You are not following the instructions for products that require knowledge of assembly, application, or functions

Before sending the goods for a complaint, please fill out this form. For goods sent for complaint without the information provided in this protocol, the complaint period will start only after we receive the required details.

Withdrawal from the contract – within 14 days

Have you changed your mind about your purchase or realized that the ordered product does not meet your needs?
No problem. You have 14 days from receiving the package to return the goods.

Simply fill out the withdrawal form and attach a photo of the unopened package. We will automatically generate a code for free return shipping, valid for 14 days. No need to print anything – You’ll receive an SMS in the morning with the pickup time. The courier will already have all the necessary details.

You can also return goods in person at our store. As soon as we receive your unwanted order, we’ll refund your money.

Important notice:
Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging. For products sealed for safety reasons (e.g., protective equipment or medical supplies), it is not possible to withdraw from the contract once the seal has been broken. These items fall under a special category of goods for hygiene and safety reasons. If you are unsure whether you want to keep the product, do not remove protective films or damage the packaging.

Complaints

We sell only proven and reliable products to minimize the risk of complaints.
However, it can still happen that a product arrives defective or develops a fault over time that is not related to normal wear and tear. In such cases, simply fill out the complaint form, and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

Sending the complained goods is free of charge, and you don’t need a printer. You’ll receive an SMS in the morning with the pickup time. The courier will already have all the necessary details.

By law, we have 30 days to process a complaint, but we always strive to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We will gladly discuss every step with you – no silence, just a fair approach.
