WE TRY TO SETTLE ANY COMPLAINT WITHIN A SHORTENED PERIOD OF 1 WEEK
Before deciding to make a claim, please make sure it is not one of the following common situations:
- the alleged missing part of the goods is hidden in the packaging material
- someone else has already taken part of the goods from you
- the goods sold by the metre are in one piece, not by the metre
- you do not follow the instructions for goods where you need to know the assembly, application or functions
Please complete this form before sending goods in for a claim. For goods to be claimed that we receive without the details given in this form, the claim period will not start until the details are received.
