The employer is obliged, together with the occupational health service provider, to retrain the necessary number of staff who would provide first aid in the workplace, as well as to equip the workplace with medical supplies (first aid kit) that should match needs and potential risks in the workplace.

The primary activity in determining the contents of a first-aid kit is to rely on an occupational safety audit and subsequently have the proposed equipment approved by a doctor with whom the employer has a contract to provide medical preventive care. It may also suggest other solutions or other aids, so it is advisable to consult with your proposed first-aid kit at the workplace.
