The mandatory action signs are used to determine a regulation or to emphasize the security assurance obligation, either before or during the operation or task, or in order to behave in that area, workplace, machine, device, system or technology. Mandatory safety signs must be located in suitable locations and be clearly visible and easily recognizable. It is necessary to place them in all workplaces, access roads and doors into the space where the respective mandatory action is set.

Regulative marks have a circular shape with a white pictogram on a blue background; the white pictogram occupies at least 50% of the mark area.
