BISON PU MAX 75 g

Bison PU MAX is a high-strength liquid polyurethane adhesive for highly stressed joints. It is intended for gluing in the exterior and interior. The glue resists water according to ČSN EN 204 D4, weather effects and temperatures from -20°C to +125°C. Yield 5 m2/kg. Does not contain solvents. Slightly foaming (approx. 10%) and can be painted over after curing. Bonding condition: one of the bonded materials must be absorbent (porous). SCOPE OF USE: It is intended for the strength bonding of hard and soft wood (including exotic), chipboard, MDF and OSB boards, PVC, ABS, metals, plaster, hard foams, expanded polystyrene, insulating materials, cork, etc. to various materials such as concrete, masonry, wood, plaster, cork, bricks, etc. It is ideal for structural bonding of e.g. garden furniture, pergolas, stairs, wooden cladding, model making and where the structure is stressed by high humidity and water. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The glued surfaces must be dry and dust-free. Apply the glue on one side with a spatula or brush. The layer should not be higher than 1 mm. Workability of the glue 30 minutes. Connect the parts and press or clamp them firmly for at least 4 hours (recommended pressure is 2 - 5 kg/cm2). The joint reaches functional strength after 24 hours. Unhardened glue can be removed with acetone, hardened only mechanically. TIP: After 2-3 hours, remove the excess, not yet fully cured foam that expands from the joint with a sharp cutter. Once completely hardened, removal is already very difficult. IMPORTANT: Do not use at temperatures below +5°C. Recommended wood humidity 10% to 18% (max. 25%). After use, close the packaging properly and store it in a dry, cool place protected from frost at a temperature between +10°C and +20°C. The minimum shelf life is 18 months.
