Epoxy coating with photoluminescent pigment EN 100

The epoxy resin in the set with hardener and photoluminescent pigment contains a resin weighing 500 g (+ 150 g hardener and 150 g pigment), or 1000 g (+300 g hardener and 300 g pigment). In the menu you can choose between light green-yellow or blue pigment.

The cured resin with a light green-yellow pigment, when illuminated in the dark, glows bright greenish light. In the case of a resin with a blue pigment, it shines with a bright turquoise color. The cured resin glows up to 2000 mcd / m2 after 1 minute and 2500 mcd / m2 after 10 minutes of illumination. It lasts for about 12 hours.

The epoxy system EP100 with a new hardener was developed based on your requirements, a UV stable and high glowing in the dark product. The system exhibits extreme transparency and minimal shrinkage. It is very friendly to the environment and your health, because almost no harmful fumes were measured during curing. It does not cause an allergic skin reaction under normal use.

The new hardener significantly suppresses oxidation and subsequent yellowing of the laminate. This new system is one of the highest quality lamination systems, thanks to the use of the highest quality raw materials on the market. The set is primarily intended for painting, but it can also be used for casting up to a thickness of 4 mm / 30 g. Instructions are given on the product packaging.

Technical description

Mixing ratio: up to 100 g resin 30 g pigment and 30 g hardener. The usability after mixing the hardener is about 50 minutes before the resin begins to solidify. Add the pigment to the resin gradually in small portions. Stir the mixture thoroughly until air bubbles are removed. Then add the hardener and mix thoroughly again. Resin application is possible with a brush or roller. Instructions on the product packaging.
