Fire hydrant systems with dimensionally stable hose are designed for fire protection of buildings. An immediately available effective extinguishing agents with a constant water supply. They are made to be installed into a wall or to be hung on a wall. The requirements for these systems are such that they are readily operable by one person.

Installation of the hydrant system
- can be installed on a wall or built into a wall
- water supply must be provided to install the system
- the cabinet is installed at a height of 1.1 m - 1.3 m above the floor (measured from the center of the winch)
- The cabinet must be easy and free to access and the door must open 180 °
- Both sides are provided with water inlet openings, unused openings are blinded
- the minimum overpressure of the hydrant system is specified in ČSN 73 0873 and is 0,2 MPa
