According to ECE Regulation 104 (Regulation No. 48), all vehicles from 10.10.2011, regardless of the date of approval and date of registration, must have a prominent mark. This reflective marking is intended to increase the visibility of the vehicle at night, especially when viewed from the side, or from the rear by light reflection.
