Protective cover for GXF power batteries

There is a risk of ignition and subsequent fire when charging, transporting and storing lithium batteries. Especially in case of rapid charging, charger failure, use of wrong charger, cell manufacturing defect, battery impact and breakage, high ambient temperature, etc.

Batteries for tools, RC models and all devices with removable batteries should be charged, transported and stored in a fire-resistant container. This will prevent the rapid spread of fire and subsequent damage.

The packaging is made of a durable material that is waterproof and fireproof, but not resistant to the extreme explosion of many cells at once. It causes a high gas pressure similar to the detonation of an explosive. However, such an explosion occurs very rarely, usually only when many cells are completely destroyed at once by an extreme impact or when the charging current is used many times over the technical capabilities of the battery.

Transporting lithium batteries loose in a car is a gamble.
