High quality silica gel. Silica gel - transparent in a mixture with orange is a very effective desiccant, reusable.

For industry, home use and laboratories. Absorbs gases and vapors. It dries the air, removes moisture from the gases and absorbs vapors. The balls with a diameter of 3-5 mm are made of highly active silica gel with a degree of purity of min. 99.5% SiO2 (based on water-free gel). The balls are glassy in appearance, translucent, hard, odorless, insoluble and electrically non-conductive. High adsorption capacity is ensured by the area of ​​microscopic pores with an active surface area of ​​800 m2/g.

Loose desiccant reduces moisture and thus prevents the degradation of products by corrosion and mold. It is effective even at high airflow speeds. It can be regenerated and reused without significant loss of parameters. Regeneration at 130-160 ° C. When dried, the silica gel becomes transparent. The drying time in the microwave oven at 650 W is approx. 1 - 10 minutes depending on the amount and height of the silica gel layer (1 kg approx. 10 minutes). A mixture of orange and transparent silica gel in a ratio of 1:20. SG6 silica gel dry beads contain an ecological color indicator, so the dry beads change color from orange to green with increasing water absorption.

It offers reliable protection for electronic components and devices as well as optical components against moisture during storage and transport, drying of flowers without loss of color, smaller humid areas. 2 to 5 mm balls can be easily inserted into bags, cans, bowls, buckets, etc., and therefore can be used anywhere.

As soon as the SG6 silica gel beads absorb a certain amount of moisture, they change color from orange to green:
